We worked with Rick at Mackintosh's until 1974 and recognised him as a fellow rebel, with an anti-authoritarian view and a love of subtle subversiveness. We shared a liking for WC Fields films and later Monty Python. We remember him with great fondness. He was a lovely man and the world is a poorer place without him. We will say prayers and play music at the time of his funeral. Best wishes to Donna and family.
